How to Set Up a Payment Plan

If you’re trying to set up a payment plan in InstaMed, follow these steps:

1. Log in to InstaMed – Go to online.instamed.com and navigate to the “Patients” section. Click “New” to add your information. Make sure to enter your Patient ID — this is important for accessing your Patient Portal and setting up a payment plan. InstaMed does not have access to your account balance. To make a payment, you will need to manually enter your account balance from your statement into the portal.
2. Create Your Payment Plan – Once your record is set up in InstaMed, visit pay.instamed.com and log in. You’ll need to authenticate as a patient of our practice. After that, you’ll be able to create a payment plan.
